Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here, let’s get to know each other a little better…
Hi, I’m Radka, a degree-qualified nutritionist based in the beautiful South West of WA. I specialise in supporting women to step out of dieting cycles, restore trust with food, and feel confident in their bodies again.
But my journey here wasn’t a straight line.
My Story
Like many women, I grew up in the 90s believing “thin” equalled beauty and worth. For years, I lived in comparison, constantly trying to shrink my body to meet an ever-moving standard. By 19, after moving to England, my relationship with food had become deeply entrenched in restriction, bingeing, and guilt. I was caught in cycles that felt both familiar and impossible to break.
Everything shifted during my pregnancy with my daughter. For the first time, I focused on nourishing my body - not to change its shape, but to support life.
That experience marked the beginning of a deeper professional and personal journey, leading me from bookkeeping into formal study and the completion of my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
And from there, my mission became clear.
Today, my work is centred on three core outcomes:
Helping women end the cycle of dieting and food obsession.
Supporting women though perimenopause with clarity, not confusion.
Guiding women to build a sustainable, confident relationship with food and their bodies.

My Approach
My approach to nutrition is grounded in evidence, behaviour change, and realism.
There is no perfection required here. No rigid rules. No extremes.
You will not find:
✘ Extreme diets
✘ Shame-based approaches
✘ Generic one-size-fits-all plans
Instead, you will receive:
✔ Individualised, realistic strategies tailored to your lifestyle
✔ Structured support and accountability
✔ A calm, non-judgemental space to work through what’s actually going on beneath the surface
Because lasting change doesn’t come from restriction. It comes from understanding, consistency, and the right support.
