ABOUT ME
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with body image and food. Like so many of us who grew up in the 90s, I believed “thin” was the only way to be beautiful.
At 19, I moved overseas, and my relationship with food spiraled into yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and constant guilt.
Everything changed when I became pregnant with my daughter at 31. For the first time, I cared about nourishing my body — not to make it smaller, but to give both of us the best start possible.
