ABOUT ME
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with body image and food. Like so many of us who grew up in the 90s, I believed “thin” was the only way to be beautiful.
At 19, I moved overseas, and my relationship with food spiralled into yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and constant guilt.
Everything changed when I became pregnant with my daughter at 31. For the first time, my focus moved away from shrinking my body and towards nourishing it, supporting both my health and hers. That moment became the turning point in how I understood food, wellbeing, and self-care.
